The client wanted the 'Home' page to provide clear information to visitors which would help them make a quick and informed decision without having to explore the site any further. I have achieved this through a number of factors. Firstly I used the client’s slogan on a hero image at the top of the site. This draws visitors in and allows them to get a sense of what the site is about within the first few seconds of being there. Secondly I placed a welcome message from the client with a headshot picture which provides a more personal feel to the site and puts visitors minds at ease. The 'What I Can Offer You' section highlights to visitors what services are on offer and they can either learn more about each or book a session directly from the ‘book a session’ buttons. The final section lists some of the Professional Memberships of the client. This allows visitors to see the client has reached certain levels within their field and is held to the standards of these memberships. Each section is clearly defined through the use of colour and shape dividers while still allowing for the professional look that the client required. The footer contains their Professional Membership logos and their social media icons which allow visitors to connect with the client and in turn helps the client with free marketing and brand exposure.

The client wanted to highlight their current experience and training to help ease any worries a visitor may have. I have split their approach and personal experience into two sections, enabling for an easier reading flow and quickly providing visitors with the required information.
Fees Page
I made the pricing structure and services on offer very clear to visitors, allowing them to make an informed decision about whether the service is right for them. Contact me links have also been included within the page. This allows for visitors to be directly sent to the 'Contact Me' page forming a smooth experience and increasing visitor conversions into paying customers.
Contact Me Page
The client wanted visitors to be able to contact them quickly and efficiently. Embedding a contact form within the site has allowed for this, providing visitors with a smooth and easy way to contact the client and for the client to collect required customer information. The responses are sent directly to the specified email address of the client allowing for a seamless communication process. This cuts down response times and improves the visitors whole experience of the company. A Google map has been integrated within the ‘Contact Me’ page to allow visitors to see exactly where the location is and for any surrounding stations and points of interest to help plan possible journeys.
